Harmful illusory feelings

A question and its answer given by Presence of the One on 6 January 2019

Question: Dear Father One, what are the cause and the root cause that sometimes people experience various kinds of pain, have insomnia and other complaints, but when they go to see a doctor and do some medical tests, everything in their body looks normal? For example, a person gets the feeling that someone pours acid between his/her legs and that prevents him/her from sleeping because the person has a strong feeling of burning, heat and pain. And this repeats night after night, he/she stays sleepless and feels worse and worse.

Answer: All these harmful illusory sensations and feelings, which may be various and always unpleasant to a person, even endangering his health and the purity of his Soul, are caused on the subtle plane by a certain entity or by a whole team of entities from some of the networks of the illusion.

It is unnecessary for you to know who these entities are, which networks of the illusion they belong to and what their aim is. That would be unnecessary curiosity. It is enough for you to know that the physical body of the person is healthy, and all these feelings are put into his consciousness externally by the forces of illusion to cause him suffering, to make him unable to sleep and in this way to keep withdrawing his energy.

The best thing a person can do in this case is first to say: 

This is an illusion! 
Thank You, Lord, that this fire and pain are leaving my feet forever! 
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! 
I Love You with all my heart and Soul, with all my Divine Love, Dear Father One! 

And then to do the Spiritual Practice "Repentance, Forgiveness and Gratitude in 7 Steps".

I Bless you, dear children of Light, in whom the Fire of the Living Life is burning, to remember to do what I just told you now whenever you have any pain or any complaint, such as a painful feeling of piercing, heat, cold, etc., right at the very beginning.

This interference is possible due to the presence of a harmful programme, negative karma which is coming out to be worked off at that moment, etc., and which you could transmute easily and free yourself from them forever: 
by repenting with all your heart and Soul to Me – Presence of the One, for all that you have sinned in all your incarnations so far, thus accumulating negative karma and / or harmful programs which allow the forces of the illusion to cause you this suffering at that moment; 
by forgiving all these forces of the illusion that are causing the suffering to you, also with all your heart and Soul, 
and by thanking Me with a lot of Joy and filled with Divine Love to Me, 
i.e. by doing the Spiritual Practice "Repentance, Forgiveness and Gratitude in 7 Steps" with the highest possible quality.
