Making bread

A question sent to the UNIFICATION website on 5 October 2018, and its answer given by Presence of the One on 17 January 2019

Question:

We already know that it would be good, 
if possible, a person to produce his/her own food, 
so may I ask You to further clarify: 
what kind of bread is preferable to eat? 
Sliced or whole, 
made of rye, spelt or whole grain wheat – 
the offering is comprehensive. 
And may we also get a recommendation? 

And may all be according to Your Holy Will, Lord!

to ask questions and to receive a Teaching 
through the UNIFICATION website!

Answer:

The bread is best to eat 
when it is made and baked either by the person or one of his loved ones in the house 
who has put in it his/her Divine Love 
and Blessed it for Prosperity, Health and Happiness. 

And also the one is to invoke for help in that work in advance 
the Ascended Being of Light closest to his heart 
and ask him/her to participate and to support his work 
so that by eating this bread 
all the four lower bodies are fed. 

The most important thing that everyone who is a reader of this website is to remember 
is to only use for rising sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), 
forget forever about any fresh or dry yeast, 
and put in the bread some herbs and a small amount of seeds 
to be alive, healthy and happy in these times! 

The dough is formed into small round balls 
when placed on a tray, 
and the person making the bread is good to say:

May everyone who eats this bread 
has his Soul protected alive, healthy and whole! 
And may all be according to Your Holy Will, Lord!
