Reaching age of majority in spirituality

Question: Dear Father One, the last time you announced a change with regards reaching the age of maturity in spirituality, the age was 23 years. Are there any changes on this topic?

Answer: Yes, from today, 30 March 2019, I announce that children already reach the age of majority in spirituality at the same moment when they reach the age of majority and according to the laws of the state in which they live and/or whose citizens they are.
